Mega range

VARIOS body
Different cargo types for the outward and return trips are no longer a problem thanks to the VARIOS. The height-adjustable body certified by TÜV Nord allows the semi-trailer to be used in combination with different coupling heights and the internal height to be varied.
Lashings
Standard: full-length lashing holes in the external frame with 62 hook-in points (2000 daN) and 18 pairs of recessed lashing eyes (2,500 daN). Additional
6 t heavy-duty lashing rings are available as an option. These ensure that heavy loads such as beverages and other goods arrive safely at their destination.
Robust floors
Extremely robust hybrid floors made from birch plywood with waterproof cross-bonding from Schmitz
Cargobull (in accordance with DIN EN 283). With a thickness of 28 mm, they can carry a higher payload and can also
be easily and inexpensively replaced in any workshop.
Body
Aluminium bulkhead with steel corner stanchions and aluminium rear doors with internal espagnolette locks. The sliding roof can be slid towards the front or rear. The sliding tarpaulins are fitted with OVERCENTER fasteners on both sides and meet the flammability requirements of ISO 3795 / DIN 75200.
Power Curtain
Aramid belts in the Power Curtain tarpaulin make loading and unloading quick and safe – completely without laths. The metal mesh layer protects the tarpaulins against cuts and theft. The rear load securing system allows the goods
to be secured using straps or load-securing tarpaulins, which are lashed to the three rows of lashing points integrated into the tarpaulins, with a total blocking force of 7,500 daN.
Speed Curtain
The Speed Curtain can be opened or closed in just 26 seconds. Unobstructed by stanchions and laths, the driver has direct and safe access to the cargo space. The certified and tautly stretched Speed Curtain not only reduces the danger of accident for the driver, it also speeds up the whole logistics chain on every trip.
Durable bulkhead
Durable bulkhead and robust rear portal.
Optimised sliding roof
The sliding mechanism runs smoothly on free-moving rollers for easy opening and closing.
