Together with our partner, Schmitz Cargobull, we develop semi-trailers renowned for their intelligent lightweight construction, high operating efficiency and maximum operational flexibility.
The core component of the concept is our chassis manufactured from high-strength, fine-grained S700 steel combined with an innovative frame geometry based on the Reuleaux triangle, robust floor engineering and precise fabrication at our Radfeld site. The result: up to 2.5 t more payload, much reduced fuel consumption and an active contribution to CO₂ reduction in freight transport.

This extraordinary shape is responsible for the optimum stress distribution in the frame, high torsional stiffness and maximum strength, at the same time as reduced material requirement. Lightweight construction is efficient, without compromising load-carrying capacity.
